Assisted and ergonomic scheduling tool

Movalys Intervention makes easier any manipulation thanks to its ergonomic and intuitive interface.

With a single click, the planner can display the list of technicians according to their skills, assigned geographic areas, and distance to the intervention.
 
Then he can assign the intervention to the right technician.

He can also rely on the following assist functions: 

  • The visualization of a technician tour in a map (*) to quickly evaluate the geographic distribution of his interventions, and modify the tour if need be. 
  • The access to specific documents linked to the intervention to evaluate its possible complexity, choose the more capable technician and transmit the right information to him.


From their mobile Smartphone or device, the technicians can send back their reports, observations and work durations.

The technician is guided in his everyday life by the information available on his mobile device (smartphones, tablets, pocketPC, rugged devices) : roadmap, customer data, technical information, etc.. He has all the information required to perform te intervention and can transmit relevant information to the administrative and financial follow-up teams.
